This review is for Francisco, Francisco was a pleasure to work with, not only was he professional but also personable and friendly. Navigating a high stress situation like getting your car fix and dealing with insurance companies rarely go well and as a customer you don't feel heard. However, luckily for me Francisco was the worker assigned to my case. He was attentive in letting me know what was going on, left messages when I couldn't answer calls and finished my car earlier than expected. I had a really positive experience working with Francisco and I'd like to put in writing what a great worker Gerber has.
