Could not be better. I was amazed at the communication throughout the process. I felt tended to the entire time and never felt like I didnt know what was going on. Everyone was genuinely polite and really seemed to care about getting my vehicle back to me. If this were to ever happen again, which I hope it doesn't, I'll bring my vehicle here for sure!

Jessica estimated what a minor scrape would cost to repair. It was more involved than I expected, so she manually rubbed a compound onto the damaged area. That helped a lot, so I decided not to have the repair done. Jessica did not charge me for her time or material. What great customer service!
