The folks at this gerber were fantastic! The wrong bumper was ordered but they got the new one the next day. I had a hard time finding a ride back home after dropping the truck off to have it fixed but Teresa took me home. She was very sweet and knew her way around Sanford. Then when the truck was done they even drove it back to me so I wouldn't have to haul my baby back to come get it! They were so kind and helpful and did a great job on my bumper replacement.

The only thing that delayed the process was getting the parts for the repairs which was from no fault of theirs. Wendy the Adjuster did a super job of getting my car estimated and then in quickly for repairs. Then she followed up regularly with me on the progress being made. JJ the technician did a superb job on the bodywork. I highly, highly recommend this location for great service and repairs,

Awesome shop! Completed a huge repair on my F-150, as it was not just body work, but also a frame replacement. It has been about two months since it was completed, and I have not had any problems whatsoever with the repairs. With this big of a job, I had anticipated at least a minor problem or two. Boy, was I wrong. Everything has been perfect so far. And I have to say that the body work is also excellent! Thank you to your team for doing such an excellent job on my truck! If I ever crash in Grand Junction again (knock on wood) I know where to take my truck to! I hope this review is shared directly with the shop manager and everyone who helped get my truck back on the road safely.
