This is a body shop whose manager and workers have a heart as big as Texas. I'm a widow, elderly, live 12 miles from nearest town, alone no family, best friend moved out of state. It felt hopeless, hat do I do?This is the only body shop that would take in my car right away, Sept. 07,2022. Other body shops said they couldn't help me until around Feb. 2023. I am forever grateful to this body shop for jumping to help out this older, alone lady when no one else could. My car was quite the project and they did a fantastic beautiful job. They also kept me informed every step of the way. I HIGHLY recommend them. I'd give them 10 stars!

We would like to commend the outstanding customer service of Michael of the Dallas, GA location. One of the luggage racks on my Volvo was damaged by inadvertently closing the garage door, causing it to be knocked off. Michael quickly devised a solution and reattached the rack in an excellent fashion. His work was top-notch and he corrected the matter in just a few minutes. It is unusual to see this level of customer satisfaction, and we greatly appreciate his customer relations skills.
