This was my first time ever having such an awful experience with my insurance company, everything from them setting me up at the wrong Enterprise, not waiving my deductible and my adjuster not being in office for a month and a half. Throughout the 2-3 hours I actually spent at the Gerber getting it all sorted out Sandy and the rest of the people there were so amazingly helpful in assisting me in sorting this mess and it probably would have been a much longer process without Sandy's help. She really went above and beyond what's expected of a normal customer service representative and I just wish to thank her once again with the amazing help with this ordeal.

The team in Augusta handled everything professionally, communicated well and often, and were available to answer any questions that I had about the process. They were willing to work with me to facilitate my school schedule and schedule my repairs when it was convenient for me. They worked efficiently to minimize the time that I was without my car. They truly went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of during the entire process. The repairs on my vehicle were completed in a timely manner and without any complications. The staff were friendly and great to work with. I would highly recommend Gerber Collision in Augusta to anyone needing service to their vehicle.

I was very happy with the service and repair I received from Gerber. They were very communicative during the whole process and worked very quickly every time I had an interaction with them. Barbara was a great help and a very nice person to work with. She even helped me jump my car before I left Gerber. I would recommend Gerber to people who reside in the Cleveland area. Also, as a bonus they even cleaned the inside of my car! I was so happy to see that.
