After a deer hitched a ride on the hood of my car I took it to Gerber to be repaired, all of the employees from checking in to picking up my car was very professional and polite. They would call me every day with a update on the progress and if something came up they were quick to give me a call and let me know. When the repairs were complete you couldn't tell that anything happened to the car. I was very pleased with the outcome and would definitely recommend them to anyone. Due to an outside vendor, the last few days Gerber had my car was extended by a couple of days. The Gerber representative, Carlos, and his manager went out of their way to keep me informed. Their commitment to superior customer service is why I will continue to use and recommend Gerber. Carlos, in particular, showed excellent communication and problem-solving skills, and a particular commitment to customer service. He was more upset than I was when events did not go exactly as planned. He is an exceptional employee.
