The least favorable aspect of this specific car repair was the length of time it took for repair. However, this timing was comparable for the type and severity of the repair. Additionally, all individuals were pleasant, in contact with me regularly with updates and were flexible regarding means of payment. Gerber is a company I would use again and would refer to friends and family.

After a deer hitched a ride on the hood of my car I took it to Gerber to be repaired, all of the employees from checking in to picking up my car was very professional and polite. They would call me every day with a update on the progress and if something came up they were quick to give me a call and let me know. When the repairs were complete you couldn't tell that anything happened to the car. I was very pleased with the outcome and would definitely recommend them to anyone.
