He made the whole process so easy to follow, keeping in touch with my husband and I constantly. Daniel C. kept us informed, the office staff were polite and very courteous, if anything, the office personnel told us a wrong date for pick-up which made us abit mad, but the actual work done was extremely well done. So super thanks to those actually working on our car. Using Hertz right there was extremely convenient. Thank you for a job well done.
