I saw how the office was operating the day I dropped off my vehicle and I can honestly say that office cares about their customers and do their absolute best to make sure the customer is happy. The staff was great throughout the 2 months the vehicle was at the shop and made sure the parts they installed where up to the highest of standards even with the supply chain issues. I would much rather wait for good parts to arrive and get a quality repair then have a speedy and 2nd rate job done. Awesome team at the Mooresville NC location.

Excellent Repair! AND Satisfaction Guaranteed. EVEN after 7 years! Gerber's at 701 W Freeport St in Broken Arrow, OK stands behind their lifetime warranty. I had my 2012 Toyota RAV4 repaired several times over the years due to my kids borrowing my car. I choose this location every time. Today was the first time that I returned about a collision repair from 2016. The latch has an issue and the bumper had a gap. I did not expect to have the repair done at no cost due to the length of time. But fix it, they DID! THANK YOU Dave for your excellent service, care, concern and desire for lifetime satisfaction! Christina and her office staff were exceptional in their care and attention to even the smallest detail. Dave, a round of applause for you, is definitely overdue. The staff at Gerber Collision in Mooresville went above and beyond to help me with my repairs. It started off when I had an electrical issue with the car, they helped jump it off and ended with the staff staying after hours to allow me to pick up my vehicle before a weekend. I would definitely use them again should the need arise.
