I cannot say enough about the outstanding customer service at the Chesterton, IN location. I will start by saying that my parents car had over $15,000 worth of repairs done here. The final product left us with a vehicle that was impeccable. The car looks identical to when they bought it brand new a few years ago. It looks perfectly and it drives perfectly. Finally, the communication from this location is outstanding. As promised, I received a call every single Tuesday and Thursday (from Joe) who explained the status of the repairs and what the next steps would be. Even if there was no update, Joe called to check in. When I picked up the vehicle with my dad they thoroughly walked around the vehicle with us and Joe even called later in the day to follow up and make sure we were still satisfied. Customer service goes a long way and this shop ... has mastered how to treat customers. Not only was the communication and customer service outstanding, but the body work and final product was exceptional. They most definitely exceeded our expectations in all areas.
