Professional all the way. Someone else's insurance was paying for this small amount of quarter panel damage. Gerber has everything set up to make things easy. For example a partner with a nearby rental car company and make all of that pick up and dropoff happen right there at Gerber, no waiting around or picking someone up. Communication was good, just what was necessary. Reception as well as service manager just did real good jobs. Quarter panel looks good as new.
