From walking into the shop, Shaun and Kenya were both readily available to help me. I had been through a lot with my car with all of the break-ins. Shaun and Kenya stayed in contact with me through the entire process and were very hands-on when issues arose with my car. I really think that this one of the BEST experiences that I've had with mechanics in this city. Especially as someone who is femme or female presenting, I didn't feel like I was being talked down to about issues, and I felt like I was heard. I appreciate the patience that they had during the repairs, and not projecting frustrations onto me, as I have previously experienced in other places. I will definitely be back, and they have gained a valued and grateful customer!

Great collision repair shop! First they kept me updated on everything, second they painted my stripe on the back of my car that was scratched from the accident. I wasn't expecting that They got my car done pretty fast as well. it was done 4 days before my estimated pick up date. My car looks brand new. I'm so happy I chose Gerber collision & glass!

Wow! What a great experience at Gerber! Farmers recommended them and they were not my normal goto body shop but I was open to trying them out. Am I glad I did! The work was done a day early. I am OCD with a really high expectation. 9 out of 10 repair shops/mechanics/contractors disappoint me. I was ready for "the usual". But the work was exemplary! I was so pleased that I went in to thank them personally. Then I got into my car...they had detailed it like brand new! I have seven kids and that car was trashed. Now I want to sleep in it. Hats off to Gerber and their team. I highly recommend!

From start to finish, the process was smooth, and I knew where my vehicle was in the repair process. Amelia did a great job walking us through the initial process and was able to transfer us to the Cornelius location to get a faster repair. Jessica made sure our paperwork was in order. David helped us out when there was an issue with the repair while we were in Charleston, SC. In early December, I was visiting my daughter in Charleston, SC, and my car, which had recently been repaired by another Gerber location, was having some issues with the repair. The Charleston employees were professional, kind, and knowledgeable. They were able to take care of the repair and, thanks to Gerber's lifetime warranty, I did not have any charges. I was back on track to enjoy my trip in just a little over one hour! I feel very fortunate to have chosen Gerber Collision to repair my vehicle, and the people in Charleston were just great!
