I was driving home and has rolled by passenger window down. When I went to roll it up it would not roll up for me. I turned into Gerber Collision. I asked the pleasant woman at the desk if they could look at it for me. To much of my surprise she said yes and a man asked for my key. About 15 minutes later the man came in and I hesitantly asked what was wrong. He said it was the window motor and explained to me what had happened. There was no cost. I appreciate their diligence, generosity, and how much they care about people. Thank you so much!!!!
