Their front office manager, Jennifer, was my primary point of contact, and she was proactive to stay in touch giving me status updates, she was super professional, and always returned calls. Of course, delivering back a perfect vehicle is primary, but it is Jennifer who makes Gerber a cut above - five stars for all of us.
