Excellent customer service, so friendly. Repair work superb! Communication was awesome, they kept us up to date on the status of the completed repair date. I was also able to drop off the rental at this location. General manager- Cornell Bynum went above and beyond, besides making sure we were happy with the job, he even polished the headlight on the left side so it would match the new one that was replaced on the right. Great place, great job on the car. It was the second time in less than a year that they have had fix my wife's prized possession a '96 Mazda Miata MX-5, that she drives daily for the last 27 years. It has been back into twice and the recent bender was a lady changed lanes without looking. While the Miata is bright yellow, people seem to miss seeing it. Anyway great job, nice people, would recommend.

The staff here is amazing. My truck was damaged from hitting a deer. They work directly with Allstate and go to bat for the customer by sending Allstate pictures supporting all the repairs. They go above and behind to communicate with the customer. Emails are answered in minutes, texts are numerous with updates on the repairs and the repairs were done in a week! Anthony M. the General Manager communicated with me directly and Alexis W. was estimator was amazing! I'll recommend you to everyone!

Gerber was incredibly easy to work with. They notified me on everything during the entire process of my vehicle being repaired and if there was a change I was notified of that too thanks to Brooke. She was beyond helpful and attentive to all of my questions. George fixed my car and he is the absolute BEST. If I could give him a 50 star review I would. If I could give 10 stars, I would!! I stopped in the SR16 location to see if I could get an estimate on some minor bumper damage that had just occurred and was told they were kind of short staffed but Brendan C. came into the office and said he would take a look so that I wouldn't have to come back the next day. He immediately checked out my car, gave me an estimate in less than 5 minutes and was extremely pleasant and easy to deal with. I look forward to bringing my car back for the repairs.
