The cost of repair was what the estimate was. My car was repaired in a timely manner. I am so happy with the work done to my Hyundai. I had a hit and run with my car and took it to Gerber. I dealt with Eathan and he and his team were amazing. My car was supposed to be done in 3 week, it actually took 4 due to Hyundai not being able to send good parts but Eathan kept me in the loop all the way and was so nice about everything. My insurance on the loaner car ran out and Gerber stepped in and covered the last few days. I picked up my car today and I am so happy with the work done. Gerber had also cleaned my car inside and out and filled my tank with gas. I feel I got the best collision repair in Grand Junction and everyone at Gerber were the best!!! Thanks Eathan.

I dropped my car off at Gerber after my accident. The Gerber group, especially Reggie, was exceptionally polite! From the first day of the repair process, they called and texted me to let me know how they were doing. The customer support is outstanding! After I picked up the automobile, I got to meet with Reggie. He is really knowledgable and courteous. I received explanations on every facet of the repair. The car is perfect, and it was the most pleasant experience. I've never had such outstanding support from a customer. Although it would be ideal if I didn't require auto repairs, but, my first pick would be Gerber Collision of Longwood.

Our name is Patricia & Russell. We live in Virginia Beach, and we were traveling to Florida to drop my mother off. I got in an accident that required me to leave my car at the Kia dealership. A Kia representative made sure my car was taken taken Gerber Collision & Glass, and she spoke highly of you all. I'm SCREAMING, with such joy, happiness , and the communication, work, and professionalism I received from the auto body technician who worked on my EV6 Kia 2022. His name is SAM, SAM he is "the bomb," and I'm just so thankful he helped me. The guy ... that worked on the color, thank you. The color is a unique yellow mustard, and they were able to match the color hood. Please note that they had to create my car color. When I picked up my car to drive back to Virginia Beach, Virginia, my car looked better than when I purchased it brand new. (Clelia and Karissa, because your customer service on the phone was professional, so loving, and you cared. Clelia, you better come visit me in Virginia.
