I went on line and scheduled an appt for an estimate for 8-20 @ 11:00 am and was sent a confirmation. Then I was sent a message my appt was cancelled and to call to reschedule. I called the number provided and told the guy that answered I needed to reschedule and he hung up on me. I called back and the call was picked up and immediately hung up without saying anything. Very unprofessional .

My Jeep was repaired in their shop under a different owner at the time. Complete right side of jeep was hit by eighteen wheeler. I was having issues with it raining inside on floorboard passenger front door. I took it back to the shop now under Gerber Collision. The Manager , Paul, took it back and repaired issue free of charge. No hassles or issues. No more water in my Jeep when it rains.

The front end of our truck was damaged by a hit and run driver. AAA referred us to your location for the needed repairs. Our Estimator Rafael and Gabbie at the front desk were both very professional, informative and kind through the whole repair process. Communication with us during the repairs required little follow-up on our part. The job was completed ahead of the schedule and within the cost originally provided. The final work was beautifully done and we are very satisfied with the results. We highly recommend their services.

Good Morning, I want to thank Julia G. Great customer service. She kept me updated everyday as to what was going on with the repairs. I would definitely recommend this shop also for repairs. The office staff is great. As soon as you walk in they greet you with a smile. They're very professional. The body and paint crew did a fantastic job on my car. The first time I had to utilized this shop someone in my complex had vandalize my car. The other staff member was very helpful. I was traumatize. She help me in so many ways by consoling me first and working with me daily until the repairs were done. She sits at the front computer as you walk in. Please forgive me with not remembering the name. I do remember the great service. GREAT JOB!! I would definitely recommend this location.
