I was well-communicated with, the vehicle was ready when promised, the repair was perfect, and they even cleaned the inside of the truck. Gerber/Belvidere is the best!

Sharon and Ricky at the Cocoa location couldn't have been nicer as well as very professional. They kept me up to date on the progress of repairs by phone call and when it took a few days longer than they had first estimated due to first replacement headlight coming in damage and had to be reordered. Ricky called to let me know and why the delay. Sharon kept in touch a couple times a week as well. I am very pleased with the repair as you would never know there had been a left front end damage.
