The damage to my car was structural only, no leaks, no damage to alignment. We drove it home about 60 miles from Athens Tn to Dalton ga with no problems at all. When Gerber done the estimate and sent it to Travelers Insurance, travelers wanted to total my car rather than fix it. The car had sentimental value and has been kept in very good shape and condition. The reason they wanted to total it was because repair was about 200 dollars over what they were willing to pay. Gerber made it all work out so Travelers did pay, and the car was not totaled. Everyone was very courteous and helpful, especially the manager and the estimator.

The manager Matt was so helpful in coming up with a more cost friendly repair plan for my granddaughters car. The paint match was spot on-an outstanding job. They are a family oriented group and Matt seems like a genuinely good person. Can't say enough good things about these folks.
