Had hail damage on every panel except for the driver's door. They used the paintless dent removal and it looks flawless. One panel did need painted and that's flawless also, which is an accomplishment with metal flake paint. There were a few blemishes from the work that they addressed and buffed out at my request. I couldn't be more impressed with the work and the positive attitude of everyone I had contact with there.

Got hit by the debris on I95 very badly 2 times in one blow. the bumper was destroyed and there was a big crack on the passenger door. There were several cars in the shop with the similar issues and it was very frustrating to be punished for nothing. But Kelly was awesome! A great specialist and friendly to deal with. She called on the status of the parts delivery and the car readiness, always keeping me in the loop. The car was finished right on time. It looks like new.

I couldn't be happier with my experience working with Gerber Collision. The process was quick and simple. I particularly enjoyed that they updated me twice a week on the state of my vehicle and kept me up-to-date on the estimated cost as well as the timeline for completion. They finished the repairs well ahead of schedule and even handled the return of my rental car for me. Their team was kind and professional, and I felt very taken care of throughout the whole process. My car was also spotless when I picked it up, both on the interior and exterior. Would recommend!

A review as well as an apology! I am so happy with the repair results on my Highlander. I backed into the corner of a construction trailer - built like a tank, it didn't budge - completely wiped out my lift gate, window, back wiper, all the trim, and a portion of the bumper. It now actually looks better than the one that came on the vehicle. Communication was wonderful. It's at the age where it could've possibly been totaled because of the amount of the damage vs value of the vehicle. They kept the cost lower and I was able to keep my SUV. THANK YOU GERBER. PLUS they detailed it inside and out. When I picked it up it looked just like the day I bought it!! The apology - they told me during a phone call that I needed a new battery. I had purchased a heavy duty battery; it was $300. 00 and only 10 months old. I said no. So, they had to jump ... my battery to get me out of the lot and in to the street; off to the battery company to replace it. I had no idea jumping a dead battery would start the alarm full blast while his head was under to hood. I'm so sorry for that - YES! You were right. The battery was dead, dead. They replaced it and I paid nothing. So I'm a happy camper - my car looks wonderful. It's clean inside and out and I have a new replacement battery! Absolutely 5 stars - wish I could give you more! read more
