I would 100 stars if that was an option!!! Absolute, professional, and master of their crafts. This has been the best experience I have ever had in my entire life dealing with any type of auto repair. Gerber Collision and Glass did a wonderful job repairing my Toyota. It looks as good as new after the auto accident. It was done in a timely manner and they made setting up a rental for me so easy. They throughly explained everything every step of the way and I loved the text updates I received during the repair. All of the staff was super friendly! I had a fender-bender in November 2025, my fault. My insurance provider American Family highly recommended Gerber Collision & Glass for repairs. I left my Prius at the shop in Anthem, AZ on Monday afternoon, January 12; and I was told that if they didn't find anything major it would take 3-5 days to finish. The wrong fender was sent the next day or so, a replacement was expected by Friday, the supplier didn't replace until Tuesday, January 20. Some things can't be helped, I get that. The real frustration during that time was that I was promised call-backs (that didn't happen) at least 4 times. I did not expect to be able to pick up my car until Friday; but I got a call yesterday that I could pick up in a few hours @ 4:15 pm! It's my understanding that the previous manager was wisely replaced with a new GM.. Joshua. Looks like a good ... move on the part of Gerber. Joshua is very congenial, communicative, humble, and goes above and beyond. He reminded me that Gerber guarantees their work! He even helped me with a little extra something I asked for at the top of the closing hour, on his own time, at no charge! I hope I don't need collision services any time soon; but if I so, I will go to Gerber. Highly Recommend! read more
