Their communication, professionalism, and kindness have been outstanding. And I can't forget to mention their sweetest lobby greeter - the precious pup who makes every visit a little better! ???? Niki is 5 stars all around! I worked with her two years ago when I needed bumper repair from an accident paid for by the at fault driver. She was great then, walked me through everything and was always on time. This time, someone broke my taillight and I had to pay out of pocket. Since I knew this shop and Niki, I called in and they were able to order my part and make the repair within a week. The price was great, they charged me for the part and a very fair labor charge. I sincerely hope I never need auto body services again... but if I do, they have my loyalty!!!
