This was the first time I'd ever needed to go to an auto body shop and I was not sure what to expect. From the moment I arrived, I was treated fairly and was made to feel like everything was going to be fine. Shout out to Linda for walking me through the process and making sure I was updated on things if they changed. My car was ready when promised and looks great! I also appreciate that they open early enough for me to get there on the way to work. I hope I never have to have repairs done from an accident again , but if I ever need body work done on my car, I'll go back here.

I would recommend Gerber Collision. Alexis who works in the front had such great customer service. She didn't rush talking with me ( it was also close to closing time ) when I came in. She listen what I needed done. Garry and Rob came out looked at my bumper. I told them what I wanted done. They said for me to bring back next day and they would look to see what needed to be done and price and would call me before they do any work. They weren't pushy about fixing it at all. Talking with them I got the impression they really care about there customers that come in.

I called today and spoke with Akelya M with questions about possibly bringing in my vehicle and I must say this young lady was first and foremost very sweet in her tone. Her professionalism and her knowledge in her craft was very evident in the way she spoke and how she interacted with me. I felt seen and most importantly heard and that goes a long way! Your location lookup is very confusing it doesn't show the city so the location indicitation is wrong and i I took my Honda CRV to location Park st Madison Wisconsin and they shipped it to Oshkosh Wisconsin. When I got it back when it rained the roof was leaking and the sun roof would not open up. I took it to location Commercial Av Madison Wi. It is still there and hopefully it will get fixed properly.
