In fact my car was ready two days prior to the estimated date of completion. I also found out this weekend that my son in law had his truck repaired here too and was very happy with them. I would highly recommend this branch of Gerber should you need collision repair.

I am 72 years old and have had a variety of cars since I was 16. I have not had a lot of reasons to take a car to a body shop, however this was the absolute best experience I have ever had with a body shop. The customer service is impeccable. The entire experience was amazing. My daughter hit the back bumper and back light cover, both needed to be replaced. Gerber gave me a free rental while the car was being repaired. I took the car in on monday morning and was very surprised when they called me the very next day to let me know my car was finished. I went to pick it up and was ver;y surprised to see my car....it looked Brand New! I have not had such a wonderful experience in all my years! I highly recommend Gerber! No other body shop has such great customer service, quick turn around and great work! I am extremely happy!

Gerber Collision and Glass at Park Ave sets the standard for customer service and auto collision repair. I picked up my car yesterday after being in a collison and was very pleased with the results. This is the second repair that you have done on my car in the last couple of years and the consistent professional service that you provide cant overstated. My car was ready several days prior to the promised date with excellent results. Ms. Amanda Pate is a true professional who treated me like family. I will not use anyone else for my collison/glass repair needs while I am stationed in the Navy in Jacksonville. Thank you!

She even managed to have my car delivered as promised, even though an hour earlier I was expecting an extra day.
