I really loved the customer service, specifically from Alexander M! He made sure my car was taken care of, and walked me through everything. He showed me what they were going to do to my car, and ensured i was comfortable. My car was returned looking brand new and he made sure I was happy!!!!

The quality of work was superb and our truck looks great. The staff kept us informed every inch of the way and they were professional, courteous and friendly. David L called us and kept us informed and Sherrie L was delightful and helpful. Jean H also helped us and was very pleasant and professional. I would recommend your company to everyone I know. Thank you again for great service and running a tight ship. Clean and orderly and friendly to boot.

We received excellent customer service during the time that we had our car in the shop. Nino and his team especially Kathy in the office did phenomenal job communicating each stage of the repairs and the actual repairs itself. Thank you for going the extra mile in finding the issues even the insurance company did not see. It was awesome that you guys covered rental as well for the duration of the repair job. We will certainly recommend this Gerber repair center to anyone that will need any repair job.

I have never experienced such great customer service anywhere in my life. From the moment Kathy greeted me through Stephanie's follow ups and Nino's work (his staff too) they were exceptional. By the way, their work is top notch. I give them the highest possible recommendation.

Excellent and timely service from first estimate appointment to repair done in two days, they offered to drive me home after dropping off my car and get me a rental, I really didn't need one because my repairs were done so quickly. My car was repaired perfectly and also cleaned inside and out. The staff were friendly and professional. I will recommend them to family and friends. I am very pleased.
