They were fast and professional. The customer service from the time I walked through the door was above and beyond what was expected although I had heard good things about them. The receptionist was kind pleasant and very helpful. Ashly was professional as she showed us, she did not only care about the truck but also, about us. It was not the usual work thank goodness for that, but they reassured us they could repair it and that they did. My truck looks brand new. Accidents happen and when they do you need someone who understand that. My case was different but i was treated like an everyday occurrence although I am sure that does not happen too often. I hope not. Not too many people park and come back and find your window shot out and your vehicle has bullet holes like it was in a war zone. From the time we dropped our van off after hitting a deer,until the time we picked it up everyone was very professional, friendly and knowledgeable. We had a week delay only longer than the initial 4 wk expectation, because some parts came in incorrect and a part was missing that had not been ordered. Other than that, it was a great experience with Gerber. The van looks absolutely fantastic.

I came in with a front in repair to my bumper which required multiple repairs and diagnostic. I was greeted by the manager, very nice women Brandi who helped throughout the entire process. I was even given a personal email if help was ever needed. The shop guys preform a great job and got my vehicle back to me with zero problems and has it running better then before. I would highly recommend recommend to those around and I appreciate all that hard work they put in
