1st time customer with Gerber and I have to say I'm totally impressed. The people in the office were very friendly and very helpful. Even with their computers down the day we arrived for an estimate they still took my information and took pictures to get the process started. It was also quoted a 4-5 day fix and they had it fixed in 3 ! & it looks amazing I'm really impressed and really happy I used Gerber ! Its definitely highly wreak-ommended by me to any of my family and friends co workers ect! Thank you for the wonderful experience it was much appreciated in such a hard time.

The customer service at Gerber was awesome! They were very polite and considerate. My van was finished a couple days before they estimated and they sent texts daily to update me on the status. I've never had a repair place treat me so nicely. They even buffed out a few scuffs that weren't part of the accident. Thanks Gerber for making it easy! I will return if needed and recommend you to others.

I highly recommend Gerber Auto to everyone!!! They worked around my crazy military schedule and have the best customer service. Gerber Auto also gives you a mighty fine detailed car wash when they are done.

The folks at Gerber's of New Orleans went above and beyond the call of duty to assist us after our car was wrecked. They also assisted us with another automotive problem for a very reasonable price and were extremely personable and friendly! These are nice people!

I totally recommend Gerber!! I should have written a review before because they have serviced my cars a few times already.. Great customer service and they keep you informed on your car. I had Luis as my estimator and he was super nice. They will always be my go to spot if I ever need repairs.

I have never had service like this before. What an outstanding team, from the ladies in the front office who were very informative to Leo who did the estimate for me. The text updates were so fun and made the whole experience less annoying at having to give up my car for a couple days. And they even got it done early! Who does that anymore? Well done, Gerber Team in Fogelsville!!
