My BMW 740 was in for repairs and the parts did not come in as expected as they were coming from Germany. No fault of Gerber, but there was a couple days delay from the promised projected finish date. Also, Even though the car had been washed, I did not pick it up the day it was ready, and therefore there was some overnight dust and dirt on the outside of the car. Again no fault of Gerber. Sahbeer A. did a great job in handling my repair. Thank you and if I ever need car repair again I will use Gerber, and recommend them to others

At approximately 10:00 a.m. a colleague of yours by the name of Chris came out to my office at 1 Commerce Drive in Schaumburg. He was professional and had a pleasant demeanor. My chip was repaired in only 15 minutes and he also fixed some displaced molding on my window. Just wanted to give a special thanks and recognize this man for his performance.
