Professional, courteous, customer centered, great repair service. When I found I needed surgery while car was in shop the crew moved mountains to rearrange their repair schedule to deliver the car 3 days before originally scheduled to meet my needs. This is one great shop!

Thanks to Britt H. my vehicle looks as it did prior to 9/21/2015. The exterior of the vehicle was shiny and a mirror image of the other side. I gave the feedback a 4 because the inside of the car was returned dusty from the service done and the building's public restroom was not clean.

I was referred to Gerber by USAA (I was not aware of the company prior to that time.) I am totally and completely satisfied with the work done on my car. It was ready one day earlier than promised and the finish on the car is beautiful. I was also given instructions on how to maintain the finish, which I greatly appreciated. My car is 7 years old and it looks like new.

Had a minor repair to reinstall a exterior molding strip. Just dropped in and they worked me in right away. It was completed in less than an hour. Also, they did NOT charge me anything! My great thanks to Gus and the technician who's name I have forgot. (Sorry about that.) This is the 3rd time I've used this company for some type of collision repair or damage. In previous experiences the work was done more than satisfactorily, good quality of materials, on time and for a reasonable price. I'm a customer for life! I'm am also going to post a recommendation for Gerber on my subdivision's website/blog. Great people, great quality at a reasonable price!

Gerber Collision and Glass repaired my vehicle back in June 2015 after a hailstorm. I wrote a review back then applauding the excellent customer service rendered by one of its estimators Mr. John T. I was parked in a grocery store parking lot several months after my initial repair, when I discovered a shopper had scratched and damaged my vehicle down through the paint and metal. I returned to have my vehicle repaired at Gerber, but this time rather than go through my insurance I paid out of pocket. I was assisted again by Mr. John T and Mr. Mario M. Both these gentlemen were not only fair and reasonable regarding their estimate, but I found John and Mario to be extremely polite and professional; and they both offered stellar customer service. Gerber did an awesome job on my vehicle it looks brand new again! The manager was so wonderful and made sure I was completely satisfied. The girl at the desk was so friendly and she kept me informed through the whole process. My repair was a big job and I am so happy I went to the Merrillville Gerber even though it was a little far. Gerber will make sure your car is back to the way it was before the accident. I highly recommend them to anyone needing a repair after an accident.
