We worked with Scott and Tim on my son's 2004 Toy Tacoma. In a few words I can say that we were treated like family, and so was my son's truck. I am so impressed with the product and service that Scott provided. He is positively an all star. We also met his technician Tim. Another gem employee. The work that was done on the 2004 was so far above and beyond the necessary work that it needs to be recognized in some formal way. I just don't know how to do that. I am in my 60's and this very well may be the best customer service I have ever received. So impressive. 5 Stars+ ... Thank you so much Scott and Tim.

Your team here at this location (Amelia) demonstrated professionalism, courtesy and a general eagerness to impress me as a customer. I've hired and managed many employees over the span of my career and I can recognize your team is engaged. Also, I was impressed by your approach to correcting previous repairs done on my vehicle that I was unaware of. Your service manager greeted me and let me know that when they opened up car, they found evidence of a previous repair that was poorly done. He explained it was not covered by insurance, we took care of it as it's our job to make sure you have confidence in our work. Again, you've done an excellent job. Excellent and friendly service! I took my 2007 Hyundai Azera to this location after getting hit in a parking lot. My back bumber was destroyed as well as some side paneling, and these guys made it even better then what it looked like new. The paint is an exact match and was done superbly, as well as the body work and door handle they replaced for me. I was given day to day updates on the progress of the car, and it was finished well before the estimated date. I would highly recommend Gerber Collision and glass to anyone, and especially this location. They have done my parents car as well and they were extremely impressed with the service as well. 10/10 would take to them again!
