I received service "well beyond the call of duty." First of all, the front desk agent, Christine was kind, efficient, and very considerate. The gentleman who did the estimate to repair bumper damage from a road-side assistance tow truck , also was attentive to an unrelated problem I mentioned to him: water collecting in the trunk. I asked if, while they were repairing the bumper they might try to figure out the cause of the water leakage. Well, not only did they repair the bumper beautifully, but they found the cause of the leakage. It seems a previous repair job done by another auto-body shop had left some seams unsealed. So, they sealed the faulty seams and didn't even charge me for it. I guess they took pity on a lady who had been an unwitting "victim" of shoddy work done at another shop. Came in for an estimate on a small ding on the car door caused by the wind pushing the door into another car. After an initial estimate the estimator asked the general manager to look at the ding. He had a tech look at it and repair it for free within 15 minutes. Very nice and accommodating employees and a considerate manager. I would definitely go back there for any accident repair. A nice and resonable place to do business with.

Excellent service! Highly recommend! From the start first met Pamela when inquiry on phone and in person to make the repair appraisal and appointment. Pamela was friendly, informative and always a pleasant response when calling for status updates. Jim the nice guy who provided the estimate for repair and followed through with insurance matters to get the job done. Raul who called and actually left a message regarding repair status, seems nobody leaves messages anymore?! I did not get some of the other's names but I wish to Thank one and all for the Excellent service! Hope I don't need body work again but if so I know where to go to get it done! Regards,

It was awesome that it only took one day to repair instead of the two that was planned. I also appreciated that parts and such were ordered and there so the repair could go smoothly as opposed to my car sitting with you while parts came in. Finally I appreciated all of the communication. It gave me peace of mind which was very nice. While I hope I don't have to come back I've found my go to car repair place. Thanks for everything.

Gerber Collision did a great job fixing my SUV! A CTA bus damaged my vehicle and it didn't seem if I would get my new vehicle look back again. Gerber reassured me and they did exactly what they said they would do. I definitely recommend Gerber Collision. Make sure to ask for Aaron S. (He's the best).

I had an awesome experience with Gerber Collision! From start to finish, the service I received was great! Working a full time, busy schedule, I was pleasantly surprised to see that I could schedule an appointment online. After dropping my car off after hours the night before my appointment, I received a call on time, the next morning, given a fair price and paid over the phone so that could get back in my car the same day. When I went to pick up, I accidentally locked the keys inside the car. But thanks to Rob and Ray who were still working, they were able to help me break back into my car so I did not have to call a lock-smith. A special Thank You to Laurie, Ray, Rob and Will for your excellent customer service!
