I took my car to Gerber collision (which I have used previously with positive results) for an estimate..Rachel and Amanda took care of me...went over the car thoroughly..and actually rubbed out 99.9% of the damage ??...by them being honest and showing the damage was superficial was a huge relief ??...cannot say enough about the care and professionalism Rachel and Amanda extended to me!!! I have used this location for a number of body/paint damages on several different cars over the past ten years. Always been very pleased. Today I took a new car in that had paint streaks on the front bumper from clipping the garage door trim. Gerber Buffalo Grove was able to buff out the paint streaks while I waited. You folks are awesome! I will certainly return for any future body repair work.

I couldn't be happier with the service I received from the Kirkman Road shop. Rebecca in particular was an enormous help, walking me through the process and keeping me informed on a regular basis. Having never filed a collision claim or dealt with the ins and outs of insurance claims and liability, I was deeply appreciative of the patience and helpfulness Rebecca showed as she walked me through the process, right down to getting a rental car while ours was in the shop. She was just amazing - helpful, pleasant and patient as a saint! The car was finished a week ahead of schedule and looks great. I would absolutely recommend your service in the future, and will even refer them to Rebecca by name. Thanks for a great experience!

Everybody at this location goes out of their way to make sure your experience is a good one. I find their work to be excellent and I would recommend them to anyone needing body work on their car. Unfortunately, this was my second experience with them and they were just as nice and just as accommodating as the first time.

This is the 2nd time my vehicle has been serviced at this location. My repairs were being completed during the recent 2015 Thanksgiving holiday season and there were some initial mis-understanding as to when the repairs would be done and my vehicle ready for pick-up. Thanks to Jim G., Estimator, what could have turned out to be an unpleasant/anxious experience turned around to be just the opposite! Mr. G. kept me informed and even went the extra mile to contact me when he noticed that my car was still in the center's parking lot although it had been completed a couple of days prior. Mr G. picked me up from my home since I did not have access to transportation having returned my rental earlier in the week. In conclusion, due to the personal/patient service I received from Mr. G. I would definitely "wreck-commend" this Gerber ... Collision Center location to others and return myself for service should the need arise in the future. read more
