The lift-gate on my 2009 Toyota Highlander needed replacement along with the motor. Toyota wouldn't do anything about it so I had to pay out of pocket for it. Anyway, I finally took it to your shop and have been pleasantly surprised at the great atmosphere at the location from each employee. The estimate was, it would take about 5 or 6 days to complete with all the work involved. It was actually ready in 3 days and looked like it had just come from the showroom. The manager, Stanley Adamczyk and his associates were top of the line employees and I will highly recommend this location to anyone I meet. I have used several other body shops in different states and have never had the feeling when I left that I did at this location. Don't let your employees get away. In the 55 years I have been driving, I have never had an accident that I caused, but that changed when I backed in my contractor's tailgate. State Farm recommended Gerber and I am so happy I took their recommendation. The staff there were professional, thorough and thoughtful. They apprised me of the job status and met my plea to have the work done in 5 days rather than 7. I highly recommend them.
