I was very pleased with the jobs they had done. The service was outstanding, they were very helpful, and they guide me throughout the process that includes the rental. The most important they finished their jobs three days ahead of schedule. I was very happy to have my vehicle back. Thank you Round Lake Gerber.

Repairs were completed in the time frame as promised. Excellent workmanship; our car looks like we just drove it home from the dealership, not the repair shop. Customer service was excellent and beyond our expectations. Would definitely refer our family and friends to Gerber Collision.

I had the best experience with Gerber. Ms. Amy F. made by experience so easy. She was prompt in updating me on my car and made sure all my needs were taken care of regarding insurance demands and a rental car. Amy is a wonderful asset to the Gerber team and because of her service I will highly recommend Gerber to anyone in need of repairs. Thank you!!
