Just picked up my car today from Gerber collision and glass on U.S. 41 in Schererville Indiana & they did an amazing job repairing the severe damage caused by a drunk driver smashing into the rear of my parked car! It is beautiful and it drives like new! Since they had to replace the rear hatch door, they even took the extra step to take out the my old glass on the door and swapped it with the other glass to save all my Dave Matthews Band stickers and they also saved my Dave Matthews Band curricular metal Badge Emblem right above the Pontiac Torrent badge where the crash was! Since they knew that I was a HUGE Dave Matthews Band & have seen almost 200 dMb shows, them taking that extra step to save my Dave Matthews Band stuff on my car meant a great deal to me & showed me that they really care about their customers & take ... pride in the work that they do! I couldn't be happier & will recommend them to everyone I know that is in need of their services & wants quality work done by skilled professionals that take pride in their work & stand behind that work! My Chevy Silverado was extensively damaged in a rear-end collision. The entire frame had to be replaced. I was kept apprised of the repair progress and the vehicle was returned on the day anticipated. The paint job is beautifully done and everything else appears to be in perfect order. I have gotten Collision repairs done at this facility twice in the past on both my cars and my experience always has been excellent all times. This was my third time and it even exceeded my expectations. I had a minor bumper collision on my 1998 Honda Accord. Joshua gave me a very reasonable estimate for repairs. Added, He went above and beyond and instead of replacing the bumper cover, fixed it "FREE OF COST". I am immensely pleased with the Service at this Location and would strongly recommend any one to try Gerber Collision & Glass for their future needs, certainly the Redmond facility in case you live in the Seattle area.
