The customer service at this location was great. George continually updated me on the status of my vehicle and when it would be available for pick up. It is refreshing to have a company that is concerned with the customer and their care.

Randy explained the work that was going to be done on my truck in great detail. He said there was a 30% chance it would be ready on Friday, but probably not until Monday or Tuesday. I was pleasantly surprised when it was ready on Friday. Randy explained what had been done on my truck. He, and the entire staff, was super-friendly and accommodating. I will recommend them to my friends and coworkers.

Wow! Tommie D. goes above and beyond to make sure customers are treated well. Upon following the tow truck in with my vandalized car I discovered a flat. He help me put on my spare and sent me to a great tire shop. Our car looks great after the repairs and Tommie kept us up to date throughout the entire process. Wow!

Service from start was excellent. Constant updates. Car looks great - great job. Hard to replace a door and match paint to a vehicle that is 12 years old. I would fully recommend them to my friends and family. I myself went their on the recommendation of my son who had some work done there. Best advertisement for a business is satisfied customers and word of mouth. Also was impressed with the cost - very responsible - did not feel like I was getting ripped off.

Very happy with the repair and customer service at Gerber in Woodhaven, MI! The bodywork done on my Ford Focus makes it look like nothing ever happened. They cleaned both the outside and inside of my car - looks great! So glad I went with Gerber!

I've had the misfortune of getting into two accidents within two months. While neither were my fault, Tom, Brun, George, and Johnathon went out of their way both times to make sure the process was as easy as possible. Not only does my car look good as new, but they went the extra mile both times even letting me borrow an umbrella when it was raining before my class one day. Would never take my car anywhere else, and will for sure be recommending it to others!

Awesome service! Dave and Minty kept me informed on the prognosis of my vehicle via phone or text message. I was recommended to come to this facility and I will also, pay it forward by passing on the information of the great service that was provided to me. Thanks, Gerber.
