This place was ABSOLUTELY amazing. From the time I walked in, I was treated with courtesy, was given a rental car at the Gerber Promo price (i.e. a brand new mini-van to fit my three car seats as requested) and I returned it back within 3 days! The work was done in three days!! Everything was done beyond measure... For example, I opened the car door and the whole inside had been detailed (which I was NOT expecting as I had made a detail appt. for that weekend at another place) and the outside was completely waxed, rims and all. The work done was at an insanely reasonable price and I could not ask for anything better... This place hit it out of the park! Thanks Gerber St. Charles!! :-)

Had an amazing experience with Gerber. They did repairs on my 2015 Yukon and I was very nervous, but Ashley did a great job keeping me informed throughout the entire process. You can't even tell my car has been wrecked and it drives perfect!

Just to let you know that we had great service from Justin G. He was very professional and put us at ease. Being from out-of-town it was it was a scary situation. We didn't know what to do or where to go. Our insurance company suggested Gerber's. We were very satisfied with our service and repair results. Justin kept us well informed and up to date on all repairs. Every time I called him he was polite and helpful and never made me feel like I was bothering him. Would recommend Gerber and Justin to friends and family in Florida.

My car looks like it just came off the show room floor. I was told (by Jeff) what would be done to repair my car and it came out great. Thank you Jeff.
