Andrew D. was both patient and professional, took time to explain repair options in a way that I understood, and actually turned my problem into a pleasant experience. This is my second time using Gerber Collision in Huntersville NC, and I recommend them to everyone, not just for the quality of repair but for the way everyone works to make me feel welcome.

I took my car in for service on Tuesday 24 jan16 and was promptly greeted by George. He told me that Judy would be out in a moment to talk over my estimate of the car. Judy came out and shook my hand which i didnt expect. We went over everything and ahe told me that she would give me a call on Thursday. She kept her word and called on thursday. My car was ready the same week. I give these guys five stars for customer service, estimated time of repair, and of course work.

I am so pleased with the work Gerber Collision did on my vehicle. It looks even better than it did before the accident. They were very professional and answered all of my questions. If I could give them 10 stars I would. I will be telling all of my friends about you. As a single woman I was so happy to get the hottest body man in the shop to work on my vehicle. Stephen did such a great job. I want to wreck my vehicle again just so I can come back to see him.

Your staff at this facility did an outstanding job of repairing the damage to my vehicle. It was a very smooth and fluid process that began the moment my husband and I entered your facility to the day we picked up the repaired vehicle. It was like a new car. I would like to commend and thank them for their diligence in working with my Insurance company to facilitate the completion of this job. Again, THANK YOU so much.
