I was "elated" that JP was able to locate an after market part that had been discontinued by my automaker for a 1998 Blazer Chevrolet. I was very "appreciative" that when I ask about any further discounts for AAA or Senior Discounts, that the Manager followed up with allowing me to have a 10% discount! I was not using my Insurance due to the work being a smaller job. The "highlight" of receiving my service was when the work was completed, the technician who completed the work was "honest" enough to inform my estimator, JP, to decrease my original payment amount because all of the work and cost originally estimated "did not" need to be completed and this decreased the cost!! This was exceptional to know that their is still honesty left in the service industry. I was referred to Gerber by my ... I have taken my vehicle to Gerber on a few occasions and the service is ALWAYS top notch!! The customer service is unparalleled!!! Most recently my vehicle was scheduled for a three day repair. To my surprise they finished in one. I received text messages throughout the process give me the current status which was a nice addition to their services. The staff at Gerber was very professional through the whole process. They called me twice a week to give me updates on their progress and kept in touch with the rental car company to let them know how long I would need the rental for. They always seemed very happy and upbeat. It took a lot of stress off of me and my car was ready ahead of schedule. I would definitely recommend Gerber to anyone needing body work to their vehicles.
