I had a great experience at the Burlington WA location. Chris was very attentive and explained the whole process in detail. He called several times to let me know the progress of the repair and put my mind at ease. When you haven't had your car worked on before because of an accident this means a lot! Great customer service and the best part he said it would be about two weeks and they had it done five days early!! Great experience, great people and one happy customer, keep up the good work guys you have a return customer for life!

Recently my car was damaged in a parking lot - and no note as to hit my car - therefore it was a hit and run situation. I telephoned my Safeco Insurance Company - who referred me to Gerber Collision & Glass. I spoke with Randy B., and he immediately gave me a estimate. Safeco authorized the needed work to repair the car. Randy B. again immediately scheduled repair to begin: 04-19-16. On that day I left my car to repair my front headlight and bumper. Randy B.also found a rental company - Safeco would accept in our insurance policy coverage. WOW Randy B. was awesome. At noon today the repairs were complete - the workmanship was impeccable. They also gave the car a bath which made the car look brand new and shinny. We are so pleased with Randy B. and coworkers who went the extra mile to make this car repair perfect and acceptable to us. ... Our experience was easy and worthwhile. This branch of Gerber Collision has repaired both of my cars and I am impressed with the professionalism and courtesy of all the employees. During my most recent visit, both Vanessa and Alfie were great to work with. Vanessa began the process quickly and remembered me when I called. Alfie was careful to make sure everything was repaired properly and that I understood the work. It was also handy that Gerber has rental cars available with a representative from the rental company on site. I would definitely recommend Gerber Collision.

This gentleman was friendly, knowledgeable, and willing to assist me in fixing this scratch work on my two week old brand new Camry. I most certainly appreciated his concerns, and his quick response to my frustrating dilemma. I would highly recommend your service center, and especially Mr. Towns for any repair work in the future.
