My Acura TL hit the wall of my friend's house. GEICO arranged us to Gerber Collision to repair the car. The service is great: (1) Receptionist is so warm in helping our problems. She even came to my home with me so she can help driving my car back to Gerber for repair. (2) The estimate is very accurate and precise. (3) The work done is great, including cleaning the outside and inside of the car. (4) The repair work is done in only 4 days, including body work. (5) I feel so happy to work with Gerber. I don't want to visit Gerber again if possible (you know I don't want to have another car accident), but will definitely go there and recommend friends to be there if needed.

The customer service i received from Gerber was amazing. I was kept up-to-date every step of the way. I even got pictures emailed to me a few times! The repairs were completed about 5 days early, which was awesome to have my car back sooner then expected. The car looks great and they even fully detailed the interior. I worked with Tim who kept me informed on every detail, he was a pleasure to work with and always had the answer to any question! I would recommend Gerber to any one who needs body work done on their vehicle! Thanks to everyone at Gerber!!

Had truck peeling paint issues, they refinished quickly and did great job. that was 6 months ago (still looks great). Recently had them do some repainting on my Harley and they were meticulous with the job, very pleased. I had some previous work done by another "high end" paint shop and results were not near as good. Have recommended Gerber to several friends.

Chad and his team provided excellent customer service and did an amazing job of repairing the collision damage on my car. This was hands-down the best experience I've had with a body shop. I was periodically contacted with progress updates on my car so I was never "out of the loop". Aside from the professional customer service, they did a 5-star job of repairing my car. By looking at the final report I received at pick-up, I can assure you that no corners were cut. I highly recommend this company to anyone in need of collision repair.
