This Gerber collision was great to work with. They did excellent work, and even cleaned our car inside and out before completing the job. Great service.

I work at a local insurance company in Allentown and we have Gerber on a list of referrals. In the last couple weeks we have had 2 or 3 customers give glowing reports about both the customer care, and the work completed. Thank you! It's great to see customer service, fair prices and great work!

Second time to use these folks and as with the first time could not be happier. They were spot on with the estimate, always kept me informed of the progress and were super courteous. Becky on the phones is the absolute best!

The people there are wonderful and my vehicle was repaired and looked like the day I bought it. They explained everything and kept me informed the entire process. If only all businesses would handle things like they do, they would see theirs increase because of the great customer service. The best I ever had. Thank You Gerber!!

Superb customer service from drop off through pick up. Terry is an excellent communicator. He kept us informed of progress by phone, documented repairs with photos, and explained repairs in detail at pickup. Jean calmly and quickly organized our paperwork, explaining each sheet. The repairs were excellent. Our Kia Soul looks perfect. The car wash and vacuum was a nice touch.

Appreciate the attention Johnathan provided in repairing the damage to my car. It's a pretty new car, and came back looking just great. No problems with color match. I would definitely recommend this company.

My vehicle was recently involved in an accident and I had it sent to Gerber Collision to be repaired. Michael was my estimator and I walked away happy. He kept me up to date on the progress of the repair as well as helped get me into a rental car. The speed at which my vehicle was fixed and returned back to me was faster than what I expected. The staff is very professional and friendly too.

Excellent repair work. Jennifer, my estimator kept me updated daily of repair progress. She is a gem for Gerber. I'd be proud to recommend friends to see her for collision repair needs. Please feel free to use my feedback. Thanks!

I was recently diagnosed with breast cancer and when this man hit the back of my car,I thought to myself "No more....I just can't handle this right now!! Geico called me the same day and referred me to Gerber Collision. They set up an appointment right away and made all of this so easy for me!!The adjuster ,Katie was awesome! She was very informative, kind and gets an A+ on customer service in my opinion. I can't imagine anyone doing a better job! Enterprise was right next door and that made it so easy to get a car rental. They were great as well. Gerber Collision is so organized.....I was extremely impressed with the file of paperwork they give you for your records. Thank you for making this experience so easy for me . You guys are the best !I will never go anywhere else and I will refer Gerber to everyone! :-)
