Very friendly, helpful and accommodating. Completed the work more quickly than expected. Kept me informed throughout the process. I would recommend Gerber in LaGrange to anyone who needed body work done on their vehicle.

Everything completed as described and promised. Excellent customer service from all, and primarily estimator/advisor Jennifer. Car delivered with all work completed accurately, as well as washed and interior cleaned. Couldn't ask for more.

Your team and the service provided was excellent. Quick repair of my vehicle and timely communication throughout. I was especially impressed by the friendliness, professionalism and follow up provided by the young lady with very blonde hair (I unfortunately didn't note her name -- service was provided on 4/11) who took the time to do the intake process with me . She was fantastic! Eric was also impressive -- he took the time to explain the damage and estimated repair time and immediately put me at ease that my vehicle was in very good hands. You have a great team and I'd highly recommend Gerber/Laurel to anyone.

From Amanda to John the manager this location is well cared for and the staff of professionals. David who took me home when I dropped off the car at Gerber was a joy to talk to, very informative as to the procedure of fixing my car. Amanda who greets the walk in's and answers the phone is the conductor of this business that would probably fall apart if she wasn't there. And to the unsung professionals such as The body men-painters- mechanics and porters that do not get enough recognition. I pick up my 2006 Lincoln Zephyr after someone damaged the car. It looked better than new. God Bless these workers as well as the manager/owner-John who is a fantastic person and is extremely knowledgeable of his business and has great customer service skills. I salute you all - Thank you again..
