My BMW took a rock to the hood so off to see Karl at Gerber and have the hood repaired and painted. Karl had concerns about getting the grills off to paint the hood properly as one of the grills had epoxy holding it in place. I said paint around it but that wasn't good enough for Karl and Gerber. Needless to say a flawless job was done on the hood. How they got the grill out I don't but even better is they got it back in looking like a factory fit. Lindsey, the manager, checked me in and out upon completion. I don't think it took more than 5 minutes to complete both processes. My car was don't on time, exactly as promised and detailed to perfection. I was kept informed of the progress thru the entire process and Tiffany even left a thank you note and a watermelon lollipop on the console fro the ride home. The Boulder office was absolutely amazing. Jeff B. and the whole staff were helpful, efficient, friendly, and thorough. They handled all the details with USAA, repaired the damages on time and made sure the Enterprise car rental was waiting for me when I dropped the car off. Body damaged was fixed in timely manner on our 2016 Honda HRV. When driving the car the next day, my wife noticed a noise of something flapping in the wheel well of the area that was fixed. She took the car back in, and the loose bracket was fixed right then and there. Very professional staff.

I have had the experience of dealing with Gerber on several occasions. My experience with Gerber has always been excellent and professional with the staff as well as the repair service. needed on both of my vehicles. I would always prefer them when it comes to repairs if needed. If I know of anyone that requires any type of repairs I would be more than happen to refer them to Gerber Collision & Glass.
