Chris kept me up-to-date with the entire process. When they found more damage than the insurance adjuster found, they handled everything for me. Jill processed the check out in a timely manner and everything went very smooth. I am very pleased with the level of work.

The entire process of repairing the rear end of my vehicle was smooth and easy. Linda, Gregg, and Guy were a pleasure to deal with, and they all made every effort to take excellent care of me and my vehicle. This was our second time using Gerber in Cedar Lake and I would return again.

We were hit by a driver who ran a stop sign, hit another car, then skidded down the entire driver's side of our van. Gerber Collision and Glass got my vehicle in the shop within a couple of days. They had my van for almost a month, but I have no concerns that it was a rush job. I was given the opportunity to receive text alerts on my phone for updates, as well as phone calls keeping me up-to-date with what was going on with my vehicle. The drop-off and pick-up procedure was fast and easy. My van looks good as new, and it came back clean and vacuumed, which was a wonderful surprise! Thank you, Gerber Collision, for your quality and your customer service!

I have brought my car to Gerber Collision every time I have been involved in an accident. They make my car look new, they are courteous, and finish the repairs in a very timely manner. I would highly recommend them! Darlene, their receptionist, and Scott M. have always been exceptionally friendly to me!
