Ryan M. was a huge help during my hail damage repair experience. I was already frustrated by the damage to my car but he took the time to explain the repair process in detail, which was a relief. Furthermore, he kept me up to date on the process and communication/ email replies were quick. Ryan at the front desk( a different Ryan) was also very helpful with communication and verifying my questions. Good job! And great experience overall, considering the circumstance.

Had an accident and had to have my car repaired, front end and back end. Gerber was recommended by my insurance company and I've dealt with them before so I took it in. At first I was told it would be around July 11th when the car would be ready. Bill W. kept in contact with me the whole time with the process of the repairs. He said he hoped to have it ready sooner than the 11th. I got a call on the 29th of June saying my car would be ready the next day. I was shocked! Extremely fast service and the car looks great, practically brand new! I will always do service with Gerber. Great team, outstanding dedication to a timely repair! Highly recommended!!

The staff at this location were very helpful and courteous. I appreciate that I was updated on the progress of repairs to my car several times during the repair. The convenience of the rental car company being positioned at the Garner location was a pleasant and unexpected convenience. Thank you for taking such good care of me and my vehicle.
