He made sure that new parts were installed instead of repairing the damaged parts (the prior company wanted to use repair parts and not replace with new). He was very upfront and honest about what needed to be done. I appreciated him for walking me through and explaining in layman terms exactly what had to be done to get my car back to new. He was professional and Gerber should be thankful to have him as one of your team members. Great job Jeremy!
