The staff was very friendly and made this time when my car was getting repaired as smooth as possible. They called up the rental car company to make sure I was picked up and that the rental car was taken car when my car was done getting repaired. They got done with the repair job even faster than they said they would be. Pickup and dropoff service was fantastic. Very low hassle. I had a delay in approval to repair and they did not hassle me or charge me as a second adjuster came out. I always got a call back. I never felt rushed. Work was done good as new. I'd recommend this branch for anyone needing services.

Well done! In the past we have used Red Noland for our USAA auto claims, however they were disappointing in our last claim a year or so ago, so when we had a new claim we decided to try another USAA STARS location. All of my expectations were exceeded, by far! Our contact was Earl B., and he kept us informed and up to date. He called to give us the progress updates every 3rd day or so. It was so nice not be left in the dark. We picked up our 2010 Camaro (my wife's baby) yesterday and the car looked showroom new. Fantastic job and you have earned my repeat business!
