Very professional firm with people who car about the repairs to your vehicle. Everyone was efficient, professional and very cooperative in providing estimates and accomplishing the necessary repairs. Tom communicated progress, and any problems encountered, twice a week via phone. Tom clearly described the progress made and the estimated time left to complete the repairs. Very professional, Tom described every action in details that were very clear to understand and visualize. Every one from the estimates, to points of contact to the actual workers all performed with outstanding professionalism that resulted in our vehicle looking showroom new.

Ethan was very helpful. He was quick with my estimates, kept in great contact, and explained things very well. He also didn't try to sell me on a service, but listened to my needs and met them.

The above shop was backed up so they brought my car to the Longmont shop as they needed work. Therefore I was able to get my work done weeks earlier as my car was not driveable. The work the Longmont shop did was excellent.

Thank you, Thank you, Thank you to Kyle and Tina. You 2 could not have given better customer service. My frustrations ended the minute I walked in for an estimate. Gerber should be very proud to have 2 employees like Kyle and Tina. I would recommend GERBER above all. See you soon Kyle to have my entire vehicle painted. Beautiful job on my repairs. Again Thank You 2.

This is my second time using Gerber for collision repair. Both experiences have been fantastic. The staff is more than happy to answer questions and explain the process. I was able get an estimate done the same afternoon as my accident. The repairs look flawless. I'll definitely use Gerber in the future and will always recommend Gerber to my friends and family. Thank you!
