This was my first experience with Gerber, and I was very impressed. The work was performed in a very timely fashion and the quality was excellent. Two employees in particular were very helpful. Daniel was very knowledgeable and took the time to answer questions about the repair. At other places, I have felt like they are in a rush, talk in technical terms, and move on to the next customer. Daniel explained the process in a very clear way that was easy to understand. The other employee is Sonny. He is top notch! Walked me through the process, was very easy to talk to, presentable, and went the extra mile for my wife and I . The next time I need repairs, I will return to Gerber and ask for Sonny specifically.

From day one the entire staff was excellent and explained everything to me. They promised to call every Tuesday and Thursday with an update on my car and they did. On the day that my car was ready, Kris was kind enough to come and pick me up from my home and bring me to the shop. Again I would like to say your staff is truly a asset to your company. Great service! I got an after hours call from the 800 number to schedule an appointment the next morning. When I took the car in for an estimate, I decided to leave it for repair. By the next afternoon, the car was ready with a new bumper cover that matched the car perfectly. Great service with friendly, efficient personnel in a pleasant environment. The car was washed and the tires shined when we picked it up. All I can say is, "Wow!"
