This locations is amazing. Everyone I interacted with gave me excellent customer service. Mike was so patient and understanding with all of my questions and concerns. The receptionist (I have forgotten her name) was so kind and helpful each time I called. They truly cared about getting my car taken care of in a timely manner and their help definitely made my "accident" much easier to deal with. They far exceeded expectations and thank them for the constant updates. Tiffany went out of her way to ensure that I understood the process of the repair and was such a pleasure to work with. In 2013 I had my vehicle repaired at a different facility and I did not receive the outstanding customer service that I received with your company and had to return several times to fix minor issues.I would also thank Chris for his customer service as well! The work done on my Honda Pilot was great, but what made this shop pop was. About two months after the work was done my gas cap cover was stolen. I went out to the dealer and punched a new one. It needed to be painted the shop did it at no charge. That's what I call customer service. Thank you Adam.

Your staff is both helpful and knowledgeable. Very professional is a situation that is at best tense and not pleasant. They are kind and timely in the estimate of repair and assist you through the process. In a 1 (lowest) to 10 (highest) they are 10 plus. A 5 Star location.
