I was very happy with how Mike at Gerber Collision took care of me and my car. I was kept with updates and phone calls as to the status of the progress of the work being done. Everything was handled I believe the best it could of been handled. I will refer this place to friends and will go back if I need to in future. Awesome work and customer service!!!

I absolutely had to write to tell you how pleased I am with the level of service and outstanding communication I received from Jeremy R. His professionalism and commitment to getting things done correctly and before they were promised really impressed me. Despite the high volume of cars needing repair, he provided me with a sense of individualized care and my car looks perfect. I would always recommend Gerber Collision because of him. Thank you, Jeremy!
IL - 3029 N Kedzie Ave, Chicago - 9/14/16
Absolutely would recommend Gerber Collision & Glass on Kedzie in Chicago to anyone looking for auto repairs. They were super professional and friendly, and my vehicle looks as good as new after a minor accident. Received my vehicle back within a timely fashion, and Karl was incredibly helpful and communicative. The entire process was painless, considering accidents and repairs are a pain to deal with.

I drove in looking to make an appointment to get a fog light put back into place. It was hanging by the wires just below the bumper. Bob (if I am remembering his name correctly) laid down on the ground in the parking lot and wrestled it right back into place, there on the spot!! No appointment, no hassle, no charge. I have used your company twice and recommend it to everyone I know because of your thorough and fair priced work. Thank you, thank you!

My car looks absolutely fantastic. It looks better than when I first purchased it! I've literally only written a few reviews in my entire life, but the work that was done on my vehicle was so excellent I couldn't just not write anything! I had to be patient and wait for three weeks to get my car in the shop but it was well worth the wait! Extremely great job guys! Thank you!
