I was very pleased with the both the customer service and repair work done on my vehicle. The work was not only done with excellence, but the work was completed 10 days early than estimated. They were also able to bring my car in for repairs, 2 weeks earlier than they initially had me scheduled, due to a last minute cancellation by someone else. They also gave me weekly updates by text message and by phone call.

He was also very helpful in arranging transportation to my home and when the car was done, arranged to have me picked up and deliver me back to Gerber. Kathy, the receptionist was very courteous and pleasant and made you feel welcome. You have a good team at that location. P.S. The work on the car was A-1.

I want to give a Big "Thank You" to Bill and the people and Gerber Collision, Round Lake IL. We had recently been displaced by a house fire, and was living in a hotel a few towns away. Which was bad enough, but we were managing. Then just before school started, my 17 yr old son got in a small accident. Nobody hurt, but the car needed some work, and quickly, because he needed to get to school there wasn't a bus to pick him up at the hotel. On top of that, we needed our older son to help take our younger son to school too. Bill was able to get us in and repaired very quickly (I think it just a few days, certainly it was less than a week). He was so nice, and helped me out when things just were not going my way.Thank You Bill V. and all the people at the Round Lake facility You Guys Rock !!!!!!
